Products require 2 – 8 business days to print and manufacture before shipping, depending on the product. You can see the specific lead time for each product when viewing the product on our website. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.
Gift cards are delivered instantly via e-mail.
Lucabrogi.com is printed and manufactured “on demand”. We don’t have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves.

If you’re not happy with a purchase that you made on photos.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 15 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note – Lucabrogi.com does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
